Akamai BMP (Bot Manager Premier) protects mobile applications on iOS and Android. RooLink generates sensor data for mobile app requests.

Overview

RooLink generates valid sensor data and device fingerprints for mobile apps protected by Akamai BMP. The API handles:

• iOS app protection

• Android app protection

• Device fingerprint generation

• Cookie generation

Prerequisites

TLS Client

You must use a TLS client that mimics iOS device fingerprints. Standard HTTP libraries won't work.

See TLS Profiles for ready-to-use iOS TLS configurations.

Proxies

Sticky residential proxies are recommended for highest success rates.

Set cookies from the cookies array returned in the response.

Provide the sensor value where required by the app.

Match device details

Match device details (such as deviceId, machineId, ios, kernelOsVersion, screenWidth, screenHeight, etc.) in your subsequent requests as appropriate.
